I have been a client of Mike's at MatterFix for 4 years now and it is hard to say anything bad about him or his company. Mike understands that our scanners are our livelihoods and his company repairs them fast and handles all shipping issues. I shipped 2 Matteports to Matterfix per the recommendation of Matterport.com for repairs. Both repairs were "DRAMA FREE". I simply submitted the form, packaged up my gear and shipped it off. A few days later, matterports returned completely refurbished and ready to go. I would highly recommend Matterfix for any Matterport Repairs you may need. Hello Google people, might contacted me about a matterport Pro 3 that I was selling. Having never sold such an expensive piece of equipment online before, I was skeptical. And I did not like the idea of sending this piece of equipment through the mail waiting for a check or a venmo transfer. Renting a camera through Matterfix was seamless, and their staff was extremely responsive to any help that was needed. The equipment seemed to be well maintained and arrived fully charged. We ran into a hiccup where the shipping carrier briefly lost our rental, and Matterfix quickly started the process of overnighting us another to ensure we could maintain our schedule. My Matterport Pro2 suffered internal damage and/or significant calibration changes due to a fall while I was removing it from a tripod. The repair process was straightforward and more speedy than I had anticipated. In fact, I was absent the Pro2 for only about 7 business days before it was returned to me in perfect working order. The repair cost, including shipping, was given to me in advance with no surprises in additional cost or unusual delay.
