If you have decided to sell your camera and charger to us, go ahead fill out this form and request a shiping label (in this case we will pay the cost of shipping your camera to us). Once this inquiry has been received, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Then you just need to pack up your camera and its charger and place the label on the box and drop it off at any UPS store or UPS drop off location. We typically pay for camera the day after we receive them.

If you're ready to rent a Mattereport camera, we'll need you to fill out our rental application/reservation form. Once you've submitted this information, we'll review it for approval and email you an invoice and the rental contract for your signature. The invoice will cover the shipping costs (both ways), the cost of the equipment rental for the initial period and insurance. If you have added us as an additional insured on your Inland Marine policy in the amount of $3000, there will not be a charge for insurance. The intial invoice must be paid prior to us shipping your rental camera. If you have additional information about your rental or questions, enter that info here.
