Matterfix.IO is fantastic, I have used them on multiple occasions. They replaced the batteries and colling fan in my Matterport Pro 1, and adjusted the clutch and upgraded the batteries in my Matterport Pro2lite. Both times shipping and service were very fast! Request a Prepaid Shipping Label
If you’d like, we can email you a prepaid shipping label to send your camera to us. Once you receive the label all you need to do is pack up your camera.
Matterport Battery Replacements
Battery replacements are either $250 (one battery) or $400 (both batteries) + return shipping. We typically complete repairs and send cameras back to customers the day after we receive them.
How To Ship Your Matterport Camera
For packing we recommend using the box that Matterport provides when you purchase the camera (the one with their logo on it and custom cut foam inserts to protect the camera).
