MatterFix is operated by Mike Vorce, Carson James, Dalton James, and Caleb German. The company was established as an offshoot of their Matterport services business. Being actively involved in the Matterport scanning business since 2018, Mike, Carson, Dalton, and Caleb are well aware of the issues that Matterport camera owners encounter. At MatterFix, our goal is to “keep your camera spinning!" We’re officially authorized by Matterport to repair the Pro3, Pro2, Pro2 Lite, and Pro1 cameras, and we warranty all of our work for one year.

Matterfix.IO is fantastic, I have used them on multiple occasions. They replaced the batteries and colling fan in my Matterport Pro 1, and adjusted the clutch and upgraded the batteries in my Matterport Pro2lite. Both times shipping and service were very fast! I was up and running within days of shipping the units out!
In a few days time MatterFix diagnosed, repaired and shipped our Pro2 camera, getting us back to business as usual. Mike was very helpful and I would immediately contact MatterFix with any future issues that may arise.
