Ideally we recommend using one of the original Matterport boxes that the camera comes in (the box with the handle on it and the foam inserts). However if you do not have one of the original boxes, you can wrap it in a couple of layers of bubble wrap and pack in most any box it will fit into (12in x 12in x 7in) is about the smallest size we recommend. For more detailed shipping instructions, click here. Additionally we can email you a prepaid shipping label that you can simply place on the box you’ve packed your camera into and drop it at any UPS store or UPS drop off location.
